Bakery automation using YOLO, SORT and counting with Box Centroid. Achieved accuracy: 95%

We solved a Computer Vision problems for a production line. We implemented bread loaf counting on a conveyor using Yolo detection algorithm and SORT algorithm for tracking. We achieved accuracy of 95%. The solution generates CSV files which can be uploaded into any accounting system used.
To get the video any HD/FullHD webcam can be used. Regular PC can be used for inference.
